To provide information which will empower doctors, nurses, and other care providers for a successful and sustainable wound care practice.
Our Wound Management Course is designed to equip participants with the best practices in wound care, the science behind wound healing, and the most current standards of practice. A mixture of lectures and bedside teaching is organized every day. The target audience consists of different age groups to promote discussions and interactions between younger and more senior colleagues.
The International Winter School offers an evidence-based approach to wound management in order to help clinicians to stay up to date with the standards of care. Provided through the Medical University of Graz participants can expect to be taught by experienced instructors that engage all participants through interactive teaching methods.
Classroom to Bedside
The Winter School is about 5 days including clinical lectures, interactive case reports, e-learning courses, bedside teaching and hands on workshops given by national and international teachers and scientists.
Participation in the International Winter School is possible for doctors, nurses and others, who work in field of wound care. After successful completion of the course, a certificate will be issued.
The number of participants is limited to 25 places.
