International Credit Mobility

Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA 107) promotes student mobility for studies and/or for training and staff mobility for teaching and/or for training between programme countries and partner countries worldwide.

Project August 2019 - July 2022

For the current project (August 2019 - July 2022) EUR 150,130.00 have been granted for mobilities between Med Uni Graz and the following institutions:

Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA)

  • Eligible participants: Med Uni Graz staff (academic) with active employment relationship
  • Duration: 5 days – 2 months
  • Teaching activity must comprise a min. of 8 teaching hours per week (more teaching hours if stay is longer than 5 days)
  • Other prerequisites that may apply are published in the calls for application

Staff Mobility for Training (STT)

  • Eligible participants: Med Uni Graz staff (academic, administrative, medical) with active employment relationship
  • Duration: 5 days – 2 months
  • Form of training: e.g. participation in staff week, job shadowing/observation, study visits, workshops, language courses, training in research methods. Networking meetings, conference participation and trainings including patient care cannot be funded
  • Other prerequisites that may apply are published in the calls for application

Financial Support

  • Actual costs are refunded based on Med Uni Graz internal travel cost guidelines (Reisekostenrichtlinie) up to a maximum of: Individual Support: EUR 180/day of mobility period + depending on the destination for 1-2 travel days | Travel Support: EUR 285-1500, depending on distance to partner institution
  • Costs that exceed this max. amount must be paid by the staff member or the department/institute, if applicable
  • No daily allowances are being paid
  • Additional funding for staff with special needs
